The Napredak web shop sells products from the categories of automation solutions, audio/video systems, and additional technical equipment. By using the web shop, customers accept these Terms of Sale (hereinafter: Terms).

The Napredak web shop reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time, and any changes take effect upon publication on the website. The web shop is not responsible for possible errors in product descriptions or prices. In the case of an obvious error, the web shop may cancel the order with notification and refund of payment.

The main characteristics and prices of products are published alongside each product.

Prices are listed in EUR and do not include VAT. The delivery cost is shown in the offer.

Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer according to the offer.

Delivery time: 2–5 working days within Croatia, 7–10 working days outside Croatia (unless otherwise stated).

The cost of delivery for an incorrectly ordered product is borne by the customer.

The customer will be informed of any changes in delivery.

The customer should inspect the package upon receipt and, if visible damage is noticed, it is recommended to refuse the shipment.

A return is possible within 14 days unless the product has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging.

The cost of justified complaints is borne by the Napredak web shop, while the cost of unjustified complaints is borne by the customer. Refunds are issued by bank transfer according to the offer.

Products have a legal warranty and a manufacturer's warranty.

Defective products should be sent to an authorized service center.

Defects caused by improper use are not covered by the warranty.

The customer is responsible for proper storage and handling of technical equipment.

Purchases are available only to adults or with the consent of a parent/guardian.

All content of the Napredak web shop is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Customers are obliged to dispose of electronic and technical equipment properly in accordance with the law and local regulations.
